    Bodymap drawingInteresting questions...

What is Bodymapping based on?   Bodymapping is a specific application of Alexander Technique training, taught in a group setting.  Follow-up individual sessions are also possible.

Will I get some individual attention during a workshop?  There are opportunities during a workshop for singers to sing, musicians to play, athletes and dancers to move, so that they can try out their new information.

    Can I ask questions? Absolutely.

Who is Andover Educators?  Andover Educators is an organization started by Barbara Conable, a senior Alexander Technique teacher and author of the book What Every Musician Needs to Know About the Body. You can learn more about Barbara and Andover Educators at: www.bodymap.org
